Lesser & Associates structured a $22,500,000 loan for this newly constructed 110,000 square foot grocery anchored community shopping centre in London, Ontario.  The 15-year term loan was funded when bond yields were at an absolute historical low, based on Lesser’s recommendation to the borrower not to wait on the expectation that bond yields could decline further.
